Aiiiieeee! My eyes!!Al actually ordered this by mistake. Often in S'pore, if you're not from here, when you order in a hawker center you have to resort to pointing at photographs of the food on the header of the stall. The photo for this dish had obviously faded in the sun cause it looked nothing like the beautiful crimson dreamdish that eventually came out. (I wouldn't have recognized it either if I hadn't seen the Singapore edition of No Reservations...)
Aren't the colors amazing? This is how beautiful Singapore is.
